Sage restaurant, The Garden

那天和朋友一起去吃晚餐在 sage restaurant, the garden
当作是慰劳自己几个月的辛苦~

日本厨师在 chef table
chef tables' menu可要rm270,主厨亲自准备


烟三文鱼~


wagyu beef carpaccio with plum infused konbu dressing
牛肉是好的..黄瓜没味道
整体味道有点淡.blackpeper有点太多



cold feldellini pasta with konbujime of hirame and salmon
是很好味道的前菜
鱼很新鲜~

parpadelle with oxtail rogout and italian pasley


duck confit with puy lentil and olive


roasted cod with gobou brunoise and mushroom, foie gras
我吃的主菜..鱼的味道很好...鹅肝煮得刚刚好
整体不错..鱼应该切好来~


brain wagyu cheeks.carrot puree and pea

herb crusted lamb with garlic confit and aubergine
羊肉的品质是好的..可是我不喜欢烤羊小排有肥油

grilled duck breast with foie gras and negi
汁很淡...像清清的汤

fricasse of chapon with morel and watercress
morel有点少,才两粒 ..味道普通

vol au vent of dark cherries and riccota ice cream

strawberry romanoff with mascarpone ice cream


apple paris soire with calvados ice cream
有点简单~~~~味道不够~~~

食物的份量是真的很少
女生可能会觉得刚刚好
食物选择不多
是western fused japanese
味道还好罢了...
食物摆饰颜色很单调
食物出菜有点慢~每隔30分钟才出一道
味道我个人觉得鳕鱼那道很好
其他就还好罢了...
甜品很简单...
还蛮贵的.... rm140+tax=RM163
三道菜..
环境是很好,很舒服..
服务员也很专业
食物就还好啦

for me, price quoted a bit high. Anyway if the food is good, then that's worth.
